Return Policy


We have a “100% Client Contentment Program”. We accept return only in the following circumstances:


  1. Product which are in “Damaged/Defective” condition.


  1. The product is not according to photo image on the site.


  1. The products which you dislike due to quality, shade difference and configuration related issues.


How to request for a return?


  1. By send an email to or call this number (+91)76239 95364. Please attach the images of the returnable product within 3 days of delivery. Also update the reason for the return.


Please note:

  1. Return of product won’t be acknowledged if the returnable item is not resent within 3 days of the time the customer has received it.
  2. It would be advisable to quote the order number in your phone or email conversation.


  1. Attach the receipt of the courier service that provides the tracking no for the return in your conversations.


  1. Once we get the courier of the damaged product please wait for 3 working days for the transfer of money to your bank Accounts. (Through NEFT.)
