Return & Refund Policy
We have a “100% Client Contentment Program”. We accept return only in the following circumstances:
- Product which are in “Damaged/Defective” condition.
- The product is not according to photo image on the site.
- The products which you dislike due to quality, shade difference and configuration related issues.
How to request for a return?
- By send an email to email@example.com or call this number (+91)76239 95364. Please attach the images of the returnable product within 3 days of delivery. Also update the reason for the return.
- Return of product won’t be acknowledged if the returnable item is not resent within 3 days of the time the customer has received it.
- It would be advisable to quote the order number in your phone or email conversation.
- Attach the receipt of the courier service that provides the tracking no for the return in your conversations.
- Once we get the courier of the damaged product please wait for 3 working days for the transfer of money to your bank Accounts. (Through NEFT.)
